ZH-PM150 Drum Filter Tilapia Fish Farming Equipment
Rotary Drum Filter is a pre-filter of solid-liquid separation in seawater and freshwater aquaculture. It can widely use in various occasions that need solid-liquid separation. ZH-PM20 was made of food grade PP and 316L stainless steel, it has the flowrate of 150M3/H, suitable for water volume 50-450M3.

Working Principle
When waste water flow into the drum first, and go through the stainless steel mesh (SS mesh). Solids in the water will be filtered by the SS mesh, and clear water flow down to the bottom chamber and flow out at outlet. When solids on the SS mesh accumulate to block the SS mesh, water can not fall down to bottom chamber. Water level in drum chamber will be rising to a pre-set highest water level, then trigger the backwashing system to work. Backwashing pump and drum motor work simultaneously, water pump output high pressures water to rinse the running drum, solids on SS mesh will be rinse out and flow to sewage collection trough then flow out the drum filter. After clean the SS mesh, water can go through the SS mesh again, and water level in drum chamber will be dropped to a pre-set lowest water level, backwashing system will be turned off automatically.
